Cancellation Policy of BakeVista
  • Thank you for choosing BakeVista for your sweet treat needs. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please read our cancellation policy below:

  • Orders and Cancellations

  • Custom Orders

  • - More than 14 days before the event: Full refund of the deposit.
  • - 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund of the deposit.
  • - Less than 7 days before the event: No refund of the deposit.

  • (Template) Standard Cakes and Desserts

  • - More than 7 days before the event: Full refund.
  • - 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund.
  • - Less than 3 days before the event: No refund.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits

  • For custom orders and large cakes, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the event date.

  • Modifications to Orders

  • - More than 7 days before the event: Free modifications to your order.
  • - Less than 7 days before the event: Modifications may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

  • No-Show Policy

  • If you do not collect your order on the agreed pickup date, no refund will be issued. We will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative pickup time within 24 hours, subject to our operating hours.
